About Big Brother USA
The American reality competition show Big Brother is based on a Dutch reality show with the same name that was made by producer John de Mol in 1997.

Big Brother USA 2023 audition process
For Big Brother USA season 5 auditions, you have to fill out the application form on bigbrothercasting.tv, if your application is selected for next round auditions & the Producers choose you for an interview in the Semi-Finals you will get notified.
More applicants will be picked to make a group of about forty (40) finalists. The Producers can change any of the application rules at any time, and they can choose who to pick or not pick at their own will.
If you are chosen as a finalist, you must fill out the Participant Form Package, which will be given to you by the Producers. It will include, among other things, affidavits, release forms, and waivers for you and your immediate family. You must also let a doctor or doctors chosen by the Producer in Los Angeles check your physical and mental health and make sure you meet all physical and mental requirements.
If you are chosen for an interview, the Producers will let you know a short time before the interview. If you are chosen to take part in the final selection process, the Producers will let you know a few days before the final selection process.
Eligibility Criteria for Big Brother USA 2023
- By June 1, 2022, you must be at least 21 years old.
- You have to be an American citizen and live in the US.
- Both your body and mind must be in great shape.

All of the things you send to Big Brother producers like photos and videos, will become the property of the Producers and will not be sent back to you, regardless of whether or not you are chosen to be a participant. The producer will not pay you back for these costs. Each person can only enter once. All of the Producers’ decisions are final and cannot be changed in any way.

- The Producers have the right to add, remove, or change the cities where interviews will take place.
- If the Producers choose you for an interview in the Finals, you must be willing to go to Los Angeles for about a week at a time during the final selection process, as scheduled by the Producers.

- The house is full of video and audio recording devices that will record, broadcast, and show your actions and voice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in every room of the house for as long as you are in the contest.
- You will always be watched, both by the Producers and by people watching on TV, the Internet, mobile devices, and any other media.
- You can’t be running for public office right now, and if you’re chosen as a participant, you have to promise not to run for office until after the first airing of all the shows in which you appear.
- If you want to be on Big Brother USA 2023, you give the Producers permission to check your civil, criminal, financial, driving, and any other kind of background they think is important.

Big Brother USA Prize money
One person will win the grand prize of $500,000 which could change at the discretion of the producers and/or the network. A stipend will be given to each participant every week that he or she stays in the Big Brother House, except for the two finalists who will get the prize money. The prize money and stipends will not be given out until after the last episode of the show airs.
