How to apply for AGT Virtual Open Call Audition 2023 ? – Auditions process

AGT won’t be holding in-person open calls auditions for Season 18 America’s Got Talent due to safety restrictions and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

You can still have the opportunity to be seen by producers through a virtual audition (“Virtual Audition”) from your home via Zoom Video Communications. You just need to register for AGT auditions 2023.

After you have successfully registered for an audition date, time and location, you will be confirmed. Sign in to your Performer profile to view all information regarding your audition.

Please add official email, “auditions@agtauditions.com” to your address book to ensure that any emails from us do not end up in your spam or junk mail folders. When you register, AGT will send you an email confirmation. Then closer to the audition date they will send you the link to access the Virtual Auditions

Requirements for AGT auditions 2023

You will need a device that can run zoom app smoothely. Zoom can be run on any device, including a tablet, smartphone or computer with an internet connection. Zoom works better on computers than phones. Zoom audio is also best when used with earbuds or other earphones, but it is not necessary.

Zoom is available to anyone under 16 years old. If Zoom is required, a parent or guardian must download Zoom and register.

Process to fill AGT Applications 2023

Once registered for the agt, and creating the account you will be having an Interface like this :

Step 1 : Click on Continue online submission

Step 2 : Fill up the following details

• You are registering : Whether you are registering for yourself or for your minor
• Full Name
• Act Name (How you would be referred to on the show)
• Birth Date
• Act Description : You can choose from Band,Comedian,Dance group etc .
• Do you reside in the USA?
• City
• Main Contact Phone
• Would you like to receive text message alerts in addition to emails?
• Phone Number for Texts
• Total Performers (No. of performers in your group)
• Is anyone in your act under 18?
• Do you have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States?

Step 3 : Online photo & video submission

You have to submit your photo & options to submit two audition videos, uploading one audition video is necessary but second take is optional & you can leave it. If you think you can perform better you may upload the second video.

Your voice should be audible so judges can hear it. Upload your webcam to Submit or upload a YouTube/Vimeo URL. Instagram and Facebook links will not work. Upload your video with your webcam to YouTube. Please submit the link below using the Submit URL option.

Guidlines for AGT Video auditions 2023

1. The length of the video should be between two and three minutes.
2. The Act may include a brief introduction (no longer than thirty (30) seconds) that includes the name of the Act, the age(s) of the members, the country from which the Act originates, and any other information the Act wishes to make clear.
3. The content of audition videos must NOT be explicit in sexual matters, obscene, pornographic, violent (for instance, involving murder, violence, or abuse), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age), illegal (for instance, involving underage drinking, drug use, or computer hacking), offensive, threatening, or harassing.

The Act is only allowed to submit ONE (1) Audition Video.
During the Video Submission Period, at least one Act participant (or the parent or legal guardian of an Act participant who is a minor in his or her state of residence) must have access to the Internet and register as a User on the Online Audition Website. Creating an account as a User on the website is free.

• Do you have a manager or agent?
• Are you under any contracts, holds, or development deals that would prevent you from appearing on AGT? Have you ever had an agency management contract?
• Are you signed to any recording contracts?
• Are you signed to any publishing deals?
